Sea freight in Containers
Delivery primarily involves a sea route to transport the house kit from Europe across the Atlantic Ocean.
The cost of sea freight depends on various factors: the chosen carrier (shipping line), the time of year, the load on the shipping lines, and, of course, the destination.
The duration of sea delivery depends on the container ship's route (which ports it calls at) and the destination port. For the East Coast, delivery usually takes 25-40 days but can be extended due to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control.
For the West Coast, sea freight time ranges from one to 2.5 months, as the cargo must navigate around the continent via the Panama Canal.
