We deliver everywhere in North America

We provide delivery services across North America, ensuring that our wooden house kits reach USA and Canada efficiently, safely, and affordably.
  • Road delivery to Port of Gdańsk
Shipping involves transporting home kits to the Port of Gdańsk in Poland for container loading. These are then shipped via sea freight to either the eastern or western coast of North America.

The packs of glued beams are transferred into containers using a crane beam from the trucks that bring the house kits to the port of departure.

Most often, we use 40' open-top containers for delivery, which are suitable for loading and transporting our large packs of profiled glued beams that make up the houses. Typically, more than one container is required to deliver a single house. For a medium-sized house, between 2 to 4 containers are needed.
  • Sea freight in Containers
Delivery primarily involves a sea route to transport the house kit from Europe across the Atlantic Ocean.

The cost of sea freight depends on various factors: the chosen carrier (shipping line), the time of year, the load on the shipping lines, and, of course, the destination.

The duration of sea delivery depends on the container ship's route (which ports it calls at) and the destination port. For the East Coast, delivery usually takes 25-40 days but can be extended due to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control.

For the West Coast, sea freight time ranges from one to 2.5 months, as the cargo must navigate around the continent via the Panama Canal.

  • Delivery Near the Port
For locations situated near the destination port, the containers are delivered directly to the site. This process allows for quick and efficient access to your house kit.

Upon arrival at the port, the containers are unloaded from the ship and transferred directly to your location using local transport services. This method is highly efficient for coastal areas and ensures that your house kit arrives quickly, minimizing handling time and reducing the risk of damage.
  • Road Transport for Inland Locations
For sites located more than 300 miles from the port, a different approach is required to ensure reliable and affordable delivery. Once the containers arrive at the port, the kits are transferred from the sea containers to truck trailers.

These trailers then transport the kits overland to the construction site. This combined transport approach ensures that even the most inland locations can receive our products on time and affordably.
Unloading and Site Preparation
Upon arrival at your construction site, several provisions must be in place to ensure a smooth unloading process
  • Access for Heavy-Duty Trucks
Ensure that the site can accommodate heavy-duty trucks carrying up to 22 tons of cargo. The access roads must be wide and well-prepared, with a broad entrance to the site to facilitate smooth entry and exit of the trucks.
    1
  • Mobile Crane for Unloading
A mobile crane is necessary to unload the prefabricated kits from the truck trailers. The packs can weigh between 2 to 7.5 tons in the largest projects, requiring adequate lifting capacity.
    2
  • Sufficient Space at the Site
There should be ample space at the construction site to facilitate the unloading and initial setup. This space is needed for unloading and storing the packs of the house kit. As the construction progresses, space will gradually be freed up, but it is important to understand that in its disassembled state, the house will occupy significant space on the site.
    3
  • Team of Workers
A team of workers should be present to oversee and execute the unloading process, ensuring everything is handled efficiently and safely. Typically, a team of 2-3 workers, who will also participate in the construction, is sufficient. In exceptional cases, a crane operator and one ground worker for hooking and unhooking the packs from the crane's hook will suffice.
