Manufacturing is custom and orders take generally up to 60 days to produce since the customer approves the structural drawings. We then pass the kit to the logistics company, which does the shipping to you.

Shipping time may vary, depending on the location of building site. Sea freight usually takes 15-60 days to reach any destination seaport, from where delivery will be continued via road transport to your construction site. For the most popular directions (USA and Canada) entire delivery time does not cross 60 days.

On average, our prefabricated house kits are delivered within 90 - 120 days since the approval of the structural drawings and receipt of the payment.

No, we do not offer assembly anywhere else but Poland, where our company is located.

We can work with you and provide information needed to get an engineering stamp. We are willing to work with the engineers you select to review the project, or make changes necessary to get the project documents stamped. Please keep in mind that not all states and provinces require a stamp when building private homes for the personal use of one or two families.

Our building material meets all ICC and IBC codes. Depending on a specific region or area of a build you would need to check with your local building department for specific building code requirements.

Depending on the specific model floor plan chosen it could take as little as 2 weeks or as much as a 2 months. Average assembly time is 3-4 weeks. This time depends on total area of the house, number of storeys and size of assembly crew as well. 3 man crew is often enough for assembly of our houses. Generally we do not keep any models in stock in the U.S. Each project is produced individually, based on your needs and personal vision of the house. Individual approach is the reason why people love our house kits and recommend us to their friends.

No, all of our manufacturing is done outside of US, in Europe. Once produced our house kits are shipped to worldwide.

Therefore you are fully protected by European consumer protection law, which is much stricter than most countries in the world.

We have no way of knowing all the different building codes through out the world, where our customers are located. We request that an individual contacts their local building department to learn what their code requirements for wooden housing buildings are.

Concrete slab foundation: A concrete slab foundation makes a great choice for a log house. You don't have to worry about rot or termites, and water is also not an issue with properly installed drainage. A slab is quite durable, which is a great thing.

Being properly built and maintained, glued laminated timber houses last for many decades and even centuries.

Proper maintenance involves removing old paint and applying new paint every 6-8 years. Sanding the surface opens up the pores on the wood and allows the new paint to absorb perfectly, allowing the painted wood to last well over time.

Glued laminated timber houses do not require sealing at all. From the very first day to the very last day, the connection between the coils of the timber is perfect and does not imply the need for sealing.

Our houses are treated with flame retardants at the production stage. In addition, our timber houses are safer than frame houses and houses with metal structures, because thick wood does not change its load-bearing properties under the influence of high temperatures, unlike thin frame walls and metal, hence you have much more time to escape danger area in case of fire accident.
