As for the house’s layout, it was designed with functionality and comfort in mind. The single-story design features a spacious 50.5 m² (544 ft²) living room, ideal for family gatherings. The kitchen and dining room share a combined space of 23 m² (248 ft²), allowing for seamless interaction during meals and events. The home includes three bedrooms: the largest, at 19.9 m² (214 ft²), and two additional rooms of 13.3 m² (143 ft²) each, perfect for family members or guests.

There are two bathrooms—one of 6.1 m² (66 ft²) and a smaller one of 5.3 m² (57 ft²)—offering ample space for personal care. Additionally, the home includes practical features like a boiler room (5.7 m² / 61 ft²) and a cloakroom (4.5 m² / 48 ft²). The two terraces, one measuring 23.1 m² (249 ft²) and the other 6.6 m² (71 ft²), provide outdoor areas for relaxation and entertainment.

The house was delivered to the site in three large trucks, with each load carefully unloaded by crane directly at the construction location. From there, the assembly process moved swiftly. Within just three weeks, the house was nearly completed, needing only the roof installation, window fittings, and some interior finishing touches. Local Croatian specialists, under the supervision of our master installer, ensured that the assembly was both fast and high-quality.
