Folkland is a house from the "Finnish Classic" series made of laminated timber, ideally suited for a family of four. The house features a massive bay window with large double-height windows, a porch, terraces, a terracotta color, compactness, and thoughtful layouts—all characteristic elements of Finnish style.

The porch is situated under the main roof's slope, with an entrance arranged from the side to provide extra protection from snow sliding onto the stairs. Regarding the layout: from the foyer, you enter an open 30-square-meter living area with a double-height ceiling.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen-dining area, which can be separated by a wall from the main space if desired by the clients. The living room also has a door leading to a study, which can be combined with the living room if preferred. Both the kitchen and the study have access to small terraces. Next to the staircase to the second floor is a spacious bathroom with a window, where both a bathtub with a shower and laundry equipment can be comfortably accommodated.

The staircase to the second floor leads to a bright hall-balcony overlooking the living room. On one side of the staircase are two equally sized children's bedrooms, and on the other side is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a window. There is also a bathroom for the children on the second floor.

The terraces and complex roof shape make the house's architecture engaging and expressive. The timber walls of the house do not require insulation and additional finishing but do need protection for the wood with paint or oil. Finnish-style homes are characterized not only by red-terra cotta colors and pastel shades but also by natural wood colors.
