One-storey project of a small area made of glued laminated timber. Ideal for those who have always dreamed of a compact house in traditional style. An additional decoration of the house is a large open terrace that runs in tiers along the relief. It dilutes symmetry, brings romance and connects the house with the surrounding nature.

It is based on a three-part composition: in one wing there are two equivalent offices, and in the opposite wing there is a living unit with a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room.

The center of the house is a spacious living room with a high window and access to the terrace. This solution saves space by eliminating long corridors. Kitchen area has found its place in the passageway part of the living room, as close as possible to the entrance to the house. The layout can be easily adapted: if the family changes, the offices can be turned into children's rooms or guest rooms, as there is a separate bathroom nearby. With a total area of just over 100 m², this house has everything you need for a comfortable life.
