We enter the house through a porch, protected from the weather by a roof. After the entryway, we're greeted by a hall and the central space of the house - the living room. It's spacious and bright thanks to large windows, high ceilings, and the effect of a double-height space. In the living room, you'll watch movies, read by the panoramic windows overlooking the garden, and spend time with guests.

Connected to the living room is the kitchen-dining area. At the bar counter, you can have a quick snack, enjoy a cozy evening, or use it as an additional cooking space. A nearby pantry helps maintain order and declutters the kitchen.

In the dining area, you can watch TV during breakfast, set the table for guests, or work on your laptop. Portal doors lead to a covered terrace. They are glazed and framed with windows, allowing even more light into the house.

Let's step onto the terrace. Here you can enjoy dinner outdoors, savoring the garden view. The roof and walls of the house protect you from bad weather.

A highlight of the house is the open terrace that descends in tiers to the garden. Here you can place chairs for sunbathing, and a hanging chair will become a spot for relaxation, reading, or browsing on your phone. The open terrace is not included in the project plan, as the client will construct it themselves.

Other rooms in the house include:
  • A sauna with a washing area and a separate bathroom
  • Plenty of storage spaces
  • An Office
  • A second bedroom
  • A boiler room near the house entrance
The exterior of the house looks interesting due to its unusual roof design. This architectural style is quite popular among our clients.
